In the 4th match minute, Villa Ballester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Domaradzki to maneuver through the defense. Galip Öveç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylwester Domaradzki in the 6th minute of the match. Galip Öveç made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Peder Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Villa Ballester FC's Froilan Lehoi got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Isauro in the 13th minute of play forced Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Miloslav Rožnovský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ambrosio Modestio kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Peder Eriksson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Galip Öveç when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sylwester Domaradzki might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Galip Öveç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sylwester Domaradzki ran back to his position shaking his head. Miloslav Rožnovský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Javiar in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Rincón de los Sauces AFC's goalkeeper Galip Öveç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peder Eriksson. Galip Öveç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saverio Otsoa in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Ballester FC's zone, Justino Javiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miloslav Rožnovský came out of the goal and Justino Javiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Justino Javiar got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Ballester FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Son Son was slow to take the kick. During this time Rincón de los Sauces AFC's players had a chance to rest. Miloslav Rožnovský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Son Son in the 40th minute of play. Miloslav Rožnovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Isauro in the 44th minute of the match. Timoteo Bladi struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Miloslav Rožnovský didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rincón de los Sauces AFC. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Son Son made the kick off in the second half. Miloslav Rožnovský made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Son Son sent off a good shot on target. Son Son fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miloslav Rožnovský having to interfere. When Villa Ballester FC's Peder Eriksson in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rincón de los Sauces AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After 56 minutes, Peder Eriksson made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Galip Öveç tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Son Son put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Miloslav Rožnovský. After 68 played minutes Villa Ballester FC got a freekick which was hit by Roth Beaudry. In the 71st minute of the match Roth Beaudry sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Galip Öveç skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th match minute, Rincón de los Sauces AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Obeko to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Rincón de los Sauces AFC defense, Sylwester Domaradzki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Galip Öveç. The Rincón de los Sauces AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Galip Öveç should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Villa Ballester FC's Efrain Galtero got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Justino Javiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Villa Ballester FC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Rincón de los Sauces AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roth Beaudry took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Roth Beaudry got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Galip Öveç quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
