In the 92nd minute Luis Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiro Bolas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Aristides Gaxan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. After 95 played minutes Sportivo O´connor got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Gaxan. There was no doubt that Deportivo Messina were the better team. Deportivo Messina's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
