The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Anselmo Oton sped through CD ESPAÑOL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Candido Ruisko. After 9 minutes, Feliciano Ongile made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. CD ESPAÑOL's Candido Ruisko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Candido Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Ongile in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Camilo Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD ESPAÑOL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Bero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Urki hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Feliciano Ongile put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Candido Ruisko. When TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Anselmo Oton in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD ESPAÑOL's goalie prevented a goal. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Severino Enaut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Ongile's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Ruisko was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 31st minute Feliciano Ongile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Ruisko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a left leg Candido Ruisko saved CD ESPAÑOL from getting behind. 42 minutes into the match, CD ESPAÑOL's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Ongile came free, but Candido Ruisko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Oton in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Anselmo Oton managed to get in a good position for a shot. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Oton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candido Ruisko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Candido Ruisko came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Feliciano Ongile. But to his dismay, Feliciano Ongile quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Bero to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, CD ESPAÑOL's goalkeeper Candido Ruisko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Oton. A hard shot by Elpidio Xabat from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Candido Ruisko's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Candido Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Ongile in the 58th minute of the match. After 61st play minutes Feliciano Ongile shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Candido Ruisko and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Camilo Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD ESPAÑOL's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Bero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Enaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliciano Ongile recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Feliciano Ongile nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Candido Ruisko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. In the 83rdth minute of the game Feliciano Ongile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD ESPAÑOL's Candido Ruisko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, CD ESPAÑOL's Candido Ruisko got control of the ball when Feliciano Ongile tried to sneak it across the goal line. Feliciano Ongiles short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Candido Ruisko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, CD ESPAÑOL's goalkeeper Candido Ruisko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Oton. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Ongile's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Ruisko was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Feliciano Ongile blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Ruisko having to make a save. In the 95th minute, Florencio Uzuri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
