Davide Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Urbez, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Teo Geleberto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Locura Académica's Davide Franco. Davide Franco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 9 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Diagur came free, but Davide Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Masked Stars FBJ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herminio Emesto in the 17th minute. Davide Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Diagur in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute, Remus Pinches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Jacobo Diagur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Geleberto in the 28th minute of play forced Locura Académica's goalkeeper Davide Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davide Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Fanuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute Jacobo Diagur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davide Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Fanuco in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Geleberto came free, but Davide Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davide Franco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacobo Diagur went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Teo Geleberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davide Franco. Locura Académica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teo Geleberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After the first half Masked Stars FBJ were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbano Ortega made a kick off. With a little luck, Locura Académica's Davide Franco got control of the ball when Teo Geleberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Davide Franco was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Herminio Emesto. In the 66th minute, Masked Stars FBJ's Teo Geleberto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Davide Franco. Davide Franco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Jacobo Diagur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Davide Franco made a huge save. Davide Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Geleberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Masked Stars FBJ's Teo Geleberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davide Franco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. After 79 played minutes Masked Stars FBJ got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Petrigai. In the 82nd minute Jacobo Diagur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Petrigai kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Cayetano Maraman made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Esteban Urbez however managed to control. When Teo Geleberto came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Masked Stars FBJ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Geleberto couldn't finish the play. Masked Stars FBJ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
