Cesar Blackmon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Freestyle futbol club booed when Albatros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Qwinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th match minute, Freestyle futbol club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Abadie to maneuver through the defense. Eleuterio Jayvier took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Dalmau. Miguel Dalmau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Troy Hatcher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Milio, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Troy Hatcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Milio in the 36th minute of the match. Miguel Dalmau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucio Sarracino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Eleuterio Jayvier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albatros's supporters rose to their feet, but Eleuterio Jayvier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Cesar Blackmon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Troy Hatcher. Cesar Blackmon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Miguel Dalmau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Jayvier in the 73rd minute of the match. Damaso Milio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Troy Hatcher having to interfere. Albatros's Troy Hatcher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Albatros from getting a goal against them. If Maximino Min had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Dropinski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. Miguel Dalmau had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Florencio Barbosa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Miguel Dalmau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Isusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Troy Hatcher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Blackmon's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Isusko in the 98th minute of play forced Freestyle futbol club's goalkeeper Miguel Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 100 minutes into the match, Freestyle futbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Isusko came free, but Miguel Dalmau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Freestyle futbol club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Freestyle futbol club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
