The audience was convinced that Brian Foretic's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laureano Espiridion was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 12th minute Brian Foretic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Foretic in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laureano Espiridion saved CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS from getting behind. In the 16th minute Regresado were awarded a corner. Korneliusz Basinski went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Korneliusz Basinski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Laureano Espiridion quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 18th minute of the match, Mariano Matthew got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emilio Bazkoare was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 24thth minute of the game Brian Foretic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Laureano Espiridion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS got a freekick which was hit by Raul Ovando. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korneliusz Basinski in the 43rd minute of play forced CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's goalkeeper Laureano Espiridion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brian Foretic might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laureano Espiridion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brian Foretic ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48thth minute of the game Brian Foretic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Laureano Espiridion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Regresado made a substitution. Valentin Osorio replaced Nanak Liders. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristo Salomon to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's zone, Brian Foretic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Espiridion came out of the goal and Brian Foretic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian Foretic got free with Laureano Espiridion in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Valentin Osorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Regresado's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Osorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Espiridion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 minutes, Valentin Osorio made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Laureano Espiridion tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Brian Foretic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Espiridion having to interfere.
