When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Epifanio Orkatz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Benjamin Cordeara. In the 19th minute, Candido Victoro made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Tab. Barrilete Cósmico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Benjamin Cordeara came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Barrilete Cósmico's Jonatan Salvatore. But to his dismay, Jonatan Salvatore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 27th minute, Epifanio Orkatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico's goalkeeper Fernando Tab had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Incendio. Isidro Incendio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Kilometro 30 got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Beltran. The supporters of Barrilete Cósmico booed when Kilometro 30 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Resto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes, Barrilete Cósmico's Braulio Loi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benjamin Cordeara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barrilete Cósmico reached it. Benjamin Cordeara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Salvatore went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Jonatan Salvatore charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Salvatore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Salvatore. Benjamin Cordeara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Salvatore in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Epifanio Orkatz made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Kilometro 30 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Hugo Beltran hit a great ball. Isidro Incendio struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Fernando Tab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kilometro 30. After a rather tough play, Kilometro 30's Claudio Urtsua got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Epifanio Orkatz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kilometro 30's Benjamin Cordeara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamin Cordeara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Orkatz in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Epifanio Orkatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidro Incendio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th of the match, Epifanio Orkatz tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Benjamin Cordeara got in the way and made a wonderful save. After a rather tough play, Barrilete Cósmico's Amador Mundo got a free kick in the 78th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Kilometro 30's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Orkatz came free, but Benjamin Cordeara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kilometro 30's Hugo Beltran got a free kick in the 88th minute. Epifanio Orkatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Benjamin Cordeara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Cordeara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Orkatz in the 93rd minute of play.
