Sidney Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Fontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Jeremias Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renato Vidal came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Tostão Trigo. But to his dismay, Tostão Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Nathaniel Burnett put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Renato Vidal. In the 38th minute Régis Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind ცơყʂ ɠơƖɖ ʂ.ƈ's goalkeeper Renato Vidal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, ცơყʂ ɠơƖɖ ʂ.ƈ's goal looked a bit too open when Nathaniel Burnett came free, but Renato Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
