ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Capibaribe Stars's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jiang Ke Zhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everardo Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Atalay Turkay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Capibaribe Stars were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Tinoco was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robinho Urbano in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tao Yu Qing saved ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ from getting behind. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's attentive Jiang Ke Zhan managed to snatch the ball when Pan Zhi Peng made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's Tao Yu Qing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Costa in the 54th minute of play. Capibaribe Stars's Flóki Factor was substituted for Robinho Urbano.
