The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jiang Yu Lin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Wawrukiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nenko Reza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Lenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. FALCÕES VERDES's Jiang Yu Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Makaay in the 13th minute of play. Roy Makaay took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jiang Yu Lin. Jiang Yu Lin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 20th minute of the match Villaverde Celeste Clube got a corner. FALCÕES VERDES's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guo Ao ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 21st minute, 宋诚永 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmund Wawrukiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Edmund Wawrukiewicz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 宋诚永, made in the 33rd minute of the game. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by FALCÕES VERDES's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guo Ao was slow to take the kick. During this time Villaverde Celeste Clube's players had a chance to rest. Jiang Yu Lin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Makaay, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FALCÕES VERDES's Betinho Lenzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nenko Reza. That made the score 1-1 after 47 minutes of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Lenzi in the 54th minute of play forced Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper Nenko Reza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by 宋诚永 in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Villaverde Celeste Clube's William Lucas. Nenko Reza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Lenzi in the 62nd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Makaay came free, but Jiang Yu Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roy Makaay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jiang Yu Lin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jiang Yu Lin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Makaay, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when Villaverde Celeste Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Kıraç Uskan was substituted for Guo Ao. After some careless play in the FALCÕES VERDES defense, Roy Makaay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jiang Yu Lin. The FALCÕES VERDES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jiang Yu Lin should have stopped the shot. FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos was substituted for Betinho Lenzi. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Pedro Augusto Vale was substituted for Roy Makaay. Carlos McAllister hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Kıraç Uskan put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jiang Yu Lin. The Villaverde Celeste Clube players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
