Wambasther Robben could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Umberto Cunha made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Groll in the 12th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Patricio Ugutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Carrascal in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pégasus F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Radul Kokalov was slow to take the kick. During this time Barcellos Mineiro FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Radul Kokalov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Umberto Cunha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 17thth minute of the game Kurt Groll who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lorenzo Leiva kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Carrascal came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Carrascal in the 23rd minute of play. Patricio Ugutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xande Sharkin in the 24th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Kurt Groll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patricio Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiao Ang Le, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Jorge Carrascal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Carrascal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dale Dolar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Cunha having to interfere. In the 40th minute Kurt Groll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Groll in the 41st minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Patricio Ugutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dale Dolar to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Carrascal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Umberto Cunha having to make a save. In the 55th minute Dale Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dale Dolar came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Barcellos Mineiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dale Dolar couldn't finish the play. Pégasus F. C.'s Gilberto Soeiro was substituted for Bebeto Medeiros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Dolar in the 60th minute of play forced Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Ugutz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Groll's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After 67 minutes Pégasus F. C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radul Kokalov who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Christian de Amorim managed to volley towards the net. C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radul Kokalov who took care of the corner kick. Barcellos Mineiro FC were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Pégasus F. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radul Kokalov took the corner. The corner ended in Radul Kokalov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha did a great save. Patricio Ugutz made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Adrian Czornomaz sent off a good shot on target. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Barcellos Mineiro FC fully deserved thier win.
