C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dale Dolar came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match, Qiao Ang Le got a very nice opportunity to score, but Patricio Ugutz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 12 minutes into the game, Qiao Ang Le cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Patricio Ugutz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute Kurt Groll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Tepedino in the 23rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Patricio Ugutz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 29 minutes into the game, Dale Dolar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Umberto Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Michael Meertens got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute of the match Marian Gondela sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patricio Ugutz skillfully saved the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luisinho Uribe to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Pégasus F. C. were awarded a corner. Samuca Tepedino went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Samuca Tepedino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz did a great save. Umberto Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Dolar's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Dale Dolar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Umberto Cunha having to make a save. Umberto Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Dolar in the 63rd minute of play forced Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barcellos Mineiro FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
