Gerard Swee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerard Swee came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by 辽宁国际队's 潘凡旭. But to his dismay, 潘凡旭 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gerard Swee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, 辽宁国际队's 潘凡旭 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerard Swee made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 韩明铮 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, 辽宁国际队's 谢松冰 got a free kick in the 30th minute. Gerard Swee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 顾旭昆 in the 41st minute of the match. 郝泉克 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but 吕景沙 made a huge save. 韩明铮 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgiliu Doroftei was the one to do the kick off. Gerard Swee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 韩明铮, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 辽宁国际队's 韩明铮 got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 韩明铮 might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerard Swee. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerard Swee prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 郝泉克 charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 郝泉克 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
