Christodoulos Karabogias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lourenço Vilanova in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the MACAU. F.C defense, Hélder de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Gama. The MACAU. F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Gama should have stopped the shot. Albino Cugat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Christodoulos Karabogias made a huge save. Anselmo Gama came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Nubecitas FC's Cain Canyelles. But to his dismay, Cain Canyelles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albino Cugat got free with Christodoulos Karabogias in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Assunção in the 14th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MACAU. F.C's Albino Cugat slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christodoulos Karabogias. That made the score 1-2 after 20 minutes of play. If Albino Cugat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes of play, MACAU. F.C's Angelo Assunção made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christodoulos Karabogias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anselmo Gama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder de Lara in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albino Cugat got free with Christodoulos Karabogias in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th match minute, Nubecitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lu Yang Nan to maneuver through the defense. Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Assunção in the 37th minute of play. Christodoulos Karabogias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Cugat, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 39 played minutes Nubecitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Petri Marrero.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and De-Jesús Haaland made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Assunção in the 54th minute of play forced Nubecitas FC's goalkeeper Christodoulos Karabogias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hélder de Lara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anselmo Gama. That made the score 3-3 in the 57 minute of play. Nubecitas FC were furious when Uygur Uçkan was red carded, 65 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Nubecitas FC made a substitution. Miftah Astrajingga replaced Lu Yang Nan. In the 64th minute, one of Nubecitas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nubecitas FC. Daniel Correia did an outstanding performance 68 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 4-3 to the right of an irritated Christodoulos Karabogias in the goal. In the 75th minute Jordi Ferrari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Gama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christodoulos Karabogias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Assunção, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nubecitas FC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after MACAU. F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petri Marrero took the corner. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Jordi Ferrari took a quick shot and it went in 4-4 without a chance for Anselmo Gama to make any attempt to save it. Christodoulos Karabogias came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by MACAU. F.C's Albino Cugat. But to his dismay, Albino Cugat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-4. Bater Pivetta kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nubecitas FC's Petri Marrero got a free kick in the 95th minute. Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Pelé in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Fausto Roca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fausto Roca fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nubecitas FC's protests and gave Fausto Roca a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nubecitas FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Fausto Roca hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nubecitas FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MACAU. F.C.
