Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucero Mezquita started the match with the kick off. Isaac Carballido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cristiano Aveiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hibai Olano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berkay Yetiş in the 8th minute. Sperides's Hibai Olano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Sperides from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Girona FC's Berkay Yetiş ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hibai Olano. Hibai Olano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Lucero Mezquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristiano Aveiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Darling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Sperides's Lucero Mezquita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Aveiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sperides's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Isaac Carballido in the 31st minute. If Lucas Darling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Aveiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucero Mezquita in the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Carlos Augusto Tróia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hibai Olano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the last second Hibai Olano throw himself and got hold of the ball when Carlos Augusto Tróia in the 44thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Gdaniec to make the kick off. Adriano Santalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Aveiro having to interfere. Girona FC made a substitution. Alfonso De Pedro replaced Berkay Yetiş. Girona FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Sperides's Hibai Olano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Gdaniec in the 65th minute of play. Hibai Olano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roman Gdaniec's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Fortun Roca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fortun Roca hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Gdaniec in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hibai Olano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Roman Gdaniec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Girona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Gdaniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hibai Olano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Girona FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Sperides for much of the match.
