Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manolito Appe started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, AD Pontassolense's goal looked a bit too open when Radja Head came free, but Marco Bessa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Catarinense in the 11th minute of play forced Cañamero C.F.'s goalkeeper Matthew Llorca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Bessa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrianinho Couto's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Matthew Llorca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Bettencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Matthew Llorca successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 19th minute Manolito Appe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20th play minutes Kevin Quintanilha shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Matthew Llorca and just under the crossbar into goal. Urtungo Santander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Radja Head got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute Radja Head shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolito Appe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matthew Llorca made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Kevin Quintanilha sent off a good shot on target. Marco Bessa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radja Head, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Januário Domingos made a kick off. Albino Caetano hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. A collision led to AD Pontassolense getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Salvador Fraga hit a great ball. Marco Bessa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urtungo Santander in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the AD Pontassolense defense, Manolito Appe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Bessa. The AD Pontassolense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Bessa should have stopped the shot. In the 69th minute Henrique Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Llorca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Kevin Quintanilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Llorca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Quintanilha in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthew Llorca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manolito Appe scored 1-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Bessa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes AD Pontassolense got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Fraga. Manolito Appe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Marco Bessa made a huge save. Cañamero C.F. were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after AD Pontassolense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aras Baysoy took the corner. In the 89th match minute, Cañamero C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macias Morera to maneuver through the defense. If Kevin Quintanilha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giuseppe Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Januário Domingos notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Cañamero C.F.'s Matthew Llorca. Matthew Llorca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
