The audience was convinced that Célio Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthew Llorca was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Matthew Llorca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiburcio Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radja Head in the 15th minute of the match. Matthew Llorca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Célio Leite in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute Cañamero C.F. were awarded a corner. Rainer Bonhof went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Aras Baysoy got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tiburcio Liher quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 21st minute Urtungo Santander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Cañamero C.F.'s Urtungo Santander made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Liher was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, Cañamero C.F.'s Radja Head nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiburcio Liher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 27 minutes into the match, Altamora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radja Head came free, but Tiburcio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtungo Santander in the 28th minute of play forced Altamora FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Célio Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Llorca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthew Llorca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Célio Leite in the 40th minute of the match. Célio Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altamora FC's Tiburcio Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtungo Santander in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Célio Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altamora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Célio Leite was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthew Llorca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urtungo Santander to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Cañamero C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Manolito Appe. Tiburcio Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radja Head, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Célio Leite in the 66th minute of play forced Cañamero C.F.'s goalkeeper Matthew Llorca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Altamora FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Amado Valverde hit a great ball. Altamora FC made a substitution. Nicasio Milian replaced Evaristo Cortez. Altamora FC's Aleix Vidal was substituted for Teófilo Estrela. The supporters of Cañamero C.F. booed when Altamora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Llorca came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Altamora FC's Célio Leite. But to his dismay, Célio Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the final whistle sounded Cañamero C.F. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Altamora FC.
