The crowd rose to their feet as Mats Stenman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dante Chapel. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Nicolae Petrulean put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Inácio Quinaz. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ribeirada! In the 21st minute there was a penalty for Vaccean Warriors. Telo Papo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Inácio Quinaz. 1-3. Nicolae Petrulean took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inácio Quinaz. Inácio Quinaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Inácio Quinaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolae Petrulean in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Nicolae Petrulean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vaccean Warriors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Petrulean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicolae Petrulean took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inácio Quinaz. Inácio Quinaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The audience was convinced that Nicolae Petrulean's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inácio Quinaz was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Michael Ongao made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jorge Rico. The Vaccean Warriors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. When Ribeirada's Basarab Ceaușu in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nicolae Petrulean received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inácio Quinaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicolae Petrulean slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Jesus got free with Inácio Quinaz in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
