George Schiau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, New York Red Bulls's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luca Boieru. New York Red Bulls's Eduardo Pereyra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save New York Red Bulls from getting a goal against them. After 23 minutes, Apa Dulce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the -BZF- Viper eSports and the New York Red Bulls players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes -BZF- Viper eSports got a freekick which was hit by Apa Dulce. The supporters of -BZF- Viper eSports booed when New York Red Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Giosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's Emilian Poalelungi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Pereyra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Costin Neacșu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Pereyra having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Costin Neacșu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Viper eSports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costin Neacșu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costin Neacșu to make the kick off. Emilian Poalelungi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Eduardo Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Boieru in the 55th minute of play forced New York Red Bulls's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Boieru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Boieru in the 67th minute of the match. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkan Temel, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Silviu Lung made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 94th minute of the game Vali Florea made a throw-in which Bogdan Iorga played forward. Eduardo Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Filipoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. New York Red Bulls walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
