The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mugurel Puișoru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gyepüpataka were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Cavalerii Viola's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radu Bărbat took the corner. Mugurel Puișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Simões in the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Áron Szabó in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugurel Puișoru saved Cavalerii Viola from getting behind. Tibor Guzy made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ovidiu Poenaru sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Cavalerii Viola getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ahmet İlke Develi hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Cavalerii Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Szabó came free, but Mugurel Puișoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gyepüpataka's Tibor Guzy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 贺树迅 in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Cavalerii Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Simões came free, but Mugurel Puișoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper Mugurel Puișoru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When 贺树迅 came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Cavalerii Viola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 贺树迅 couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd match minute, Cavalerii Viola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Adam to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute of the match Radu Bărbat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mugurel Puișoru skillfully saved the ball. Gyepüpataka's Tibor Guzy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Gyepüpataka from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Humberto Simões made the kick off in the second half. Cavalerii Viola's Mugurel Puișoru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Cavalerii Viola from getting a goal against them. Mugurel Puișoru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Calomfir in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 贺树迅 in the 56th minute of play forced Gyepüpataka's goalkeeper Tibor Guzy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Filip Calomfir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Puișoru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cavalerii Viola's Mugurel Puișoru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Calomfir in the 59th minute of play. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Natalio Dei advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 65th minute. Gyepüpataka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martin Voicu in the 73rd minute. Gyepüpataka's Cahangir Aliyev was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mugurel Puișoru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 78 minutes into the match, Gyepüpataka's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Poenaru came free, but Tibor Guzy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 贺树迅 during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cavalerii Viola getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. 贺树迅 hit a great ball. Ahmet İlke Develi hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute of the match Martin Voicu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mugurel Puișoru skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that 贺树迅's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tibor Guzy was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Mugurel Puișoru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Áron Szabó in the 95th minute of play.
