Valadas's Fernanco Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Zamora in the 5th minute of play. After some careless play in the Valadas defense, Arrosko Rojas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernanco Muslera. The Valadas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernanco Muslera should have stopped the shot. Fernanco Muslera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Zamora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernanco Muslera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eron Patiño in the 15th minute of the match. Fernanco Muslera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arrosko Rojas, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match C.D. Ciudad de Soria got a corner. Valadas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arrosko Rojas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Eron Patiño almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Valadas's Fernanco Muslera did a great save. Martin Berriotxoa took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernanco Muslera. Fernanco Muslera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Fernanco Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eron Patiño in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Valadas getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wincent Jarosiewicz hit a great ball. Fernanco Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Zamora in the 32nd minute of play. Arrosko Rojas succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. In the 41st minute Martin Berriotxoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernanco Muslera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Teodoro Zamora notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Valadas's Fernanco Muslera. Fernanco Muslera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arrosko Rojas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorato Lameiras made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Valadas's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Berriotxoa came free, but Fernanco Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Berriotxoa in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernanco Muslera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernanco Muslera stood somewhat misplaced when Martin Berriotxoa came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 65 minute. In the 72nd match minute, Valadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Vilalobos to maneuver through the defense. C.D. Ciudad de Soria made a substitution. Ramond Landa replaced Domenech Villa. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Zamora in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernanco Muslera saved Valadas from getting behind. In the 82nd minute Teodoro Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernanco Muslera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eron Patiño in the 83rd minute of play forced Valadas's goalkeeper Fernanco Muslera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernanco Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 84th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Fernanco Muslera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Valadas's Fernanco Muslera got control of the ball when Gabriel Redondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Teodoro Zamora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valadas's Fernanco Muslera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olo Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Marquez in the 93rd minute of the match. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
