Pancho Roca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute Pancho Roca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziya Onur Akıncıbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pancho Roca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Ziya Onur Akıncıbey made a huge save. 17 minutes into the match, AJAX's goal looked a bit too open when Feliks Mazić came free, but Igor Zambujal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Pancho Roca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ziya Onur Akıncıbey. The goal made the score 2-0. After 23 played minutes AJAX got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Filipkowski. Feliks Mazić scored 2-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Zambujal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quilo Morcego hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Ziya Onur Akıncıbey was a little too slow when Pascoal Espírito Santo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-1. 39 minutes into the match, Pancho Roca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ziya Onur Akıncıbey, 4-1. Pancho Roca succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-1 in the 42nd playminute. Igor Zambujal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zuberoa Alabern in the 47th minute of the match.

Pancho Roca might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ziya Onur Akıncıbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 58th match minute, Club Atletico Arteixo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Mazić to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Pancho Roca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Ziya Onur Akıncıbey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the match, Tabb Astudillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Zambujal. AJAX's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tabb Astudillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. Club Atletico Arteixo's Ziya Onur Akıncıbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pancho Roca in the 69th minute of play. Pancho Roca might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ziya Onur Akıncıbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pancho Roca ran back to his position shaking his head. When Pancho Roca came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the AJAX fans jumped to their feet.
