Santiago Sidoro started the match with the kick off. Froilan Dimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Hervé in the 8th minute of the match. Gartzea Ibaizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Santiago Sidoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Thorstvedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Hervé took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Froilan Dimas. Froilan Dimas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Armilla's Nick Reid got a free kick in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Sidoro in the 21st minute of play forced Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Armilla's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Hervé came free, but Froilan Dimas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dolfo Marcos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armilla's Froilan Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Hervé in the 26th minute of play. Erik Thorstvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascal Riells, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Pascal Riells notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt. Erik Thorstvedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute Dolfo Marcos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Thorstvedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Armilla's goalkeeper Froilan Dimas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erik Thorstvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Sidoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Santiago Sidoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Thorstvedt was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Sidoro in the 44th minute of play forced Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Thorstvedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Sidoro in the 54th minute. Michel Hervé's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Dimas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Froilan Dimas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Hervé in the 69th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Leizarraga Leal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Froilan Dimas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C made a substitution. Iratxo Crespo replaced Vitor Cambero. The supporters of Barrikako Herensugeak F.C booed when Armilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nick Reid didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Armilla's goal looked a bit too open when Leizarraga Leal came free, but Froilan Dimas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Barrikako Herensugeak F.C were awarded a corner. Iratxo Crespo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 89th play minute Peru Casals came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Erik Thorstvedt. 2-2. After 94 played minutes Barrikako Herensugeak F.C got a freekick which was hit by Brent Weeks. Erik Thorstvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Sidoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armilla were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
