Alfredo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Carrasqueira in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Salvador Sobral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Lucius Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Carlos Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Carlos Figueiredo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Germano Carmona, 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Carlos Figueiredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Germano Carmona. Stars Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Figueiredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 23 minutes into the game, Stars Academy's Américo Albuquerque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfredo Santana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Lucius Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germano Carmona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Matias in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Monsanto got free with Germano Carmona in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germano Carmona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Monsanto went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Stars Academy's Germano Carmona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Stars Academy from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Stars Academy's goalkeeper Germano Carmona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Figueiredo. In the 43rd minute, Leal Vilela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Tuga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Germano Carmona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute, Carlos Figueiredo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Tuga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. 57 minutes into the match, Stars Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Nasko Vitev came free, but Germano Carmona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germano Carmona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Figueiredo in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Germano Carmona was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute, Carlos Figueiredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Germano Carmona was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. 66 minutes into the match, Carlos Figueiredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Germano Carmona. Carlos Figueiredo scored 10-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germano Carmona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stars Academy's Germano Carmona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Figueiredo in the 73rd minute of play. Germano Carmona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Artur Jesus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Tuga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-1. Germano Carmona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Figueiredo in the 84th minute of the match. Germano Carmona came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Tuga FC's Lucas Monsanto. But to his dismay, Lucas Monsanto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-1. 89 minutes into the game, Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germano Carmona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-1. 92 minutes into the game, Carlos Figueiredo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 15-1. Germano Carmona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sporting Tuga FC fully deserved thier win.
