The supporters of Artetas artilleri booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torgny Landin might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Epifanio Iratzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Åke Källberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Abraham in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Iratzeder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Epifanio Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Landin in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Artetas artilleri's goalkeeper Epifanio Iratzeder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joakim Brandin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Jens-Åke Källberg made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Torgny Landin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Iratzeder was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Boca Juniors were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Artetas artilleri for a fine match.
