Sten Melberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Eugeniusz Huchro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Benett in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Sten Melberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Orozco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sten Melberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Orozco having to make a save. LeBron Puck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Kristiansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Melberg came free, but Jonathan Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Di Röe's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when LeBron Puck scored to the left of an out of position George Kristiansson, making the score, 1-1. Karl-Magnus Ferm kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Sten Melberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Orozco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Sten Melberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jonathan Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, Billesholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulkerim Bardakçı to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes of play, Di Röe's Sten Melberg made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Orozco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Di Röe were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when LeBron Puck made the kick off in the second half. Sten Melberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Orozco came out and tried to block the shot, but Sten Melberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Orozco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Melberg in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Di Röe booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Hylander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stefan Håkansson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Billesholm's goalkeeper Jonathan Orozco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Billesholm's Knut Danielsson was substituted for LeBron Puck. In the 73rd minute Romeo Gologan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. George Kristiansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Kurd Hamrin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Orozco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Drake in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Danielsson in the 80th minute of play forced Di Röe's goalkeeper George Kristiansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Arnaldo da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Romeo Gologan took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Jonathan Orozco to make any attempt to save it. Lars Larsson made in the 93rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gustav Sillén immediately put the ball in play. Jonathan Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Gologan, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Billesholm supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Di Röe's performance. The match ended with a win for Di Röe.
