Kropotkins pojkar's Per-Arne Vidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Fender in the 12th minute of play. Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Ruben Montez made a huge save. When Jaime Egaña fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hala Madrid Iraki FC's protests and gave Jaime Egaña a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Jaime Egaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tahsin Elçioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ruben Montez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tahsin Elçioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Tahsin Elçioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Claes Fender shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Arne Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kropotkins pojkar's Per-Arne Vidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Fender in the 24th minute of play. Per-Arne Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rabia Ünal in the 28th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Ruben Montez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Per-Arne Vidman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claes Fender's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Claes Fender fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Arne Vidman having to interfere. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Ruben Montez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Tahsin Elçioğlu made the kick off in the second half. Jaime Egaña made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kropotkins pojkar's Ivar Axelsson. Claes Fender could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Per-Arne Vidman made a huge save. 54 minutes into the game, Tahsin Elçioğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ruben Montez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ruben Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tahsin Elçioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Montez saved Hala Madrid Iraki FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruben Montez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hala Madrid Iraki FC made a substitution. Johannes Sjögren replaced Claes Fender. 79 minutes into the match, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tahsin Elçioğlu came free, but Ruben Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, one of Kropotkins pojkar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Per-Arne Vidman had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Jaime Egaña's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kropotkins pojkar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Egaña was slow to take the kick. During this time Hala Madrid Iraki FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Marcelo Gallarde almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kropotkins pojkar's Per-Arne Vidman did a great save. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kropotkins pojkar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Egaña was slow to take the kick. During this time Hala Madrid Iraki FC's players had a chance to rest. Ruben Montez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tahsin Elçioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When the referee ended the match the Kropotkins pojkar players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
