In the 8thth minute of the game Eddie Tinglöf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Di Filippo in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarl Gunnarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Calle Målare. The audience was convinced that Dave Di Filippo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarl Gunnarsson was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Schmeissen FC's Jarl Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 20th minute of play. Hermanö Oilers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harel Minsky in the 21st minute. The supporters of Hermanö Oilers booed when Schmeissen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Lövgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harel Minsky struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jarl Gunnarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hermanö Oilers. In the 29th minute, Jens Apelkvist had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Harry Forsman charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Forsman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Schmeissen FC's Urban Kellberg was substituted for Jens Apelkvist. After 29 played minutes Hermanö Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Harry Forsman. In the 35th minute Dave Di Filippo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Di Filippo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Schmeissen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Di Filippo came free, but Jarl Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Dave Di Filippo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hermanö Oilers's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Di Filippo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarl Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calle Målare to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute of the match, Ingemar Stålman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jarl Gunnarsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 62 minutes into the match, Schmeissen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Stålman came free, but Jarl Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarl Gunnarsson was a little too slow when Ingemar Stålman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-2. After some careless play in the Schmeissen FC defense, Ingemar Stålman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarl Gunnarsson. The Schmeissen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarl Gunnarsson should have stopped the shot. Jarl Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Stålman in the 69th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Ingemar Stålman notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Schmeissen FC's Jarl Gunnarsson. Jarl Gunnarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingemar Stålman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Jarl Gunnarsson made a huge save. Schmeissen FC's Armindo Anjos was substituted for Axel Sandberg. Schmeissen FC made a substitution. Rune Billström replaced Jan-Åke Gustavsson. In the 76th match minute, Schmeissen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Lövgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute of the match, Ingemar Stålman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jarl Gunnarsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Schmeissen FC's Jarl Gunnarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Schmeissen FC from getting a goal against them. After 82 played minutes Schmeissen FC got a freekick which was hit by Wu Kun Ling. After 86 minutes of play, Schmeissen FC's Calle Målare made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oskar Haeger was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Schmeissen FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harel Minsky was slow to take the kick. During this time Hermanö Oilers's players had a chance to rest. In the 95th minute, Luís Eduardo Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermanö Oilers made a substitution. Leonardo Sundin replaced Deo Mičánek. In the 96th match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 97thth minute of the game Calle Målare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hermanö Oilers had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
