Jan Basaik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Kucharski in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Teofil Pustak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Basaik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Derman Cruchet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Karaszkiewicz was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Jan Basaik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Kucharski in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Derman Cruchet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerzy Karaszkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute Cezary Kucharski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Basaik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Derman Cruchet scored 1-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerzy Karaszkiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerzy Karaszkiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Derman Cruchet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jerzy Karaszkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derman Cruchet in the 75th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Pankracy Blicharz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jan Basaik. That made the score 2-2 in the 77 minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ fans cheered their team off the field, for while DRUŻYNA ŚRODKA TABELI had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
