SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Staffordshire Terrier FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Staffordshire Terrier FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Schorsch Schmalzbauer in the 21st minute of play forced SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's goalkeeper Laurent Frister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Schorsch Schmalzbauer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurent Frister was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 30thth minute of the game Schorsch Schmalzbauer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Schorsch Schmalzbauer might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurent Frister. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Schorsch Schmalzbauer ran back to his position shaking his head. Laurent Frister showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Schorsch Schmalzbauer in the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalkeeper Clive Holloway had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Langmaier. After 40 minutes SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldemar Guimarães who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Staffordshire Terrier FC's Waldemar Guimarães to fire away a dangerous shot which Laurent Frister despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Max Pentz made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Matteo Kasseckert however managed to control. If Matt Sullivan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Staffordshire Terrier FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Schorsch Schmalzbauer to strike the kick off in the second half. Schorsch Schmalzbauer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laurent Frister having to make a save. Schorsch Schmalzbauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister got control of the ball when Schorsch Schmalzbauer tried to sneak it across the goal line. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matt Sullivan in the 55th minute of play. Laurent Frister made an important save on a dangerous shot by Schorsch Schmalzbauer in the 56th minute. Matt Sullivan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Staffordshire Terrier FC made a substitution. Jay Flack replaced Gary Medel. Schorsch Schmalzbauer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Laurent Frister skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Schorsch Schmalzbauer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Schorsch Schmalzbauer could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Laurent Frister however easily saved by the left post. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister got control of the ball when Schorsch Schmalzbauer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Schorsch Schmalzbauer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Laurent Frister made a huge save. Schorsch Schmalzbauer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laurent Frister having to make a save. After 77 played minutes SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin got a freekick which was hit by Max Pentz. If Schorsch Schmalzbauer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. Berlin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Waldemar Guimarães ran over to the corner to take the kick. Matt Sullivan was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 93 minutes into the match, SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's goal looked a bit too open when Tristram Gower came free, but Laurent Frister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurent Frister showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tristram Gower in the 95th minute of the match. Staffordshire Terrier FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
