In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC United's goalkeeper Alf Engman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, AC United's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho Motta came free, but Alf Engman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Stoke FF's Marcelinho Motta fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Lamberto Ortiz made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ma Feng Kuan. In the 45thth minute of the game Marcelinho Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC United's Alf Engman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelinho Motta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alf Engman having to make a save. Alf Engman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelinho Motta in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Lindman to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Stoke FF's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Holmgren came free, but Niclas Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Holmgren in the 55th minute of play forced Stoke FF's goalkeeper Niclas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcelinho Motta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Alf Engman made a huge save. In the 67th minute, Orvar Fribäck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Alf Engman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Browall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kent Browall kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. AC United's Arne Alén was substituted for Orvar Fribäck. AC United's Bernt Carlberg was substituted for 石庭军. After 77 played minutes Stoke FF got a freekick which was hit by Kent Browall. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Lindman in the 78th minute of play forced Stoke FF's goalkeeper Niclas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niclas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 84 minutes of play, AC United's Arne Alén made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niclas Andersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stoke FF's Niclas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Carlberg in the 89th minute of play. If Arne Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pontus Granlund charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pontus Granlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Stoke FF's Pontus Granlund got a free kick in the 96th minute. Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Lindman in the 97th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
