In the 8th minute Anabolic Boys were awarded a corner. Sonny Sigman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Sonny Sigman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander did a great save. Dick Melander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Wojno's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Forsman in the 16th minute of play forced Anabolic Boys's goalkeeper Saveliy Elin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saveliy Elin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Forsman in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Torbjörn Nilsson made a precise shot to the right of Dick Melander. Thames Ironworks FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Anabolic Boys's Saveliy Elin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Anabolic Boys from getting a goal against them. Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Nilsson in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Leon Wojno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saveliy Elin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Bäck in the 39th minute of play. Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Wojno in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Anabolic Boys getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. King Elin hit a great ball. Rickard Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Saveliy Elin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Nilsson in the 47th minute of play forced Thames Ironworks FC's goalkeeper Dick Melander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niklas Bäck to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Nilsson in the 53rd minute of play forced Thames Ironworks FC's goalkeeper Dick Melander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes Thames Ironworks FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sonny Sigman who took care of the corner kick. Galo Geromel tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Dick Melander. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 55th minute. Anabolic Boys made a substitution. Bambang Elin replaced Torbjörn Nilsson. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Magnus Engström with Rickard Nilsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thames Ironworks FC's goalkeeper Dick Melander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Anabolic Boys's King Elin got a free kick in the 67th minute. Leon Wojno had several of the Thames Ironworks FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 70 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Dick Melander as he didn't even see the shot coming. Saveliy Elin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Leon Wojno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anabolic Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Wojno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bambang Elin in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Anabolic Boys had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
