Billy Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Gruber in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Slipmaskinerna's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Baand came free, but Billy Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Slipmaskinerna's Sungurhan Buminhan got a free kick in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Gabriel Martinelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Billy Ek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute, Slipmaskinerna's Peanut Lord ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patrik Linqvist. Patrik Linqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Patrik Linqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peanut Lord in the 27th minute. A hard shot 32 in the game by Peanut Lord from a close distance when the talented Patrik Linqvist managed to make a qualified save. Ryttartorpets FF's players were relieved. Karin Juniors kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Billy Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Gruber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Peanut Lord fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Styrbjörn Nilsson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Slipmaskinerna's Billy Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Gruber in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Slipmaskinerna defense, Gabriel Martinelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Ek. The Slipmaskinerna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Ek should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
