In the 2nd minute, Eddie Hake hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aaron Ramsdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Mroczynski in the 3rd minute of the match. Galapagos Islands FC's Anthon Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Mincă in the 9th minute of play. Oskar Browall hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The supporters of Elmtaryd Agunnaryd booed when Galapagos Islands FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özgün Hatip didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Anthon Karlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ðuza Glowacz. In the 20th minute Özgün Hatip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Ramsdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Winszman in the 23rd minute of play. The throw-in from Gösta Lönn in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Eddie Hake. Anthon Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Berg in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Ailar Veispak got a free kick in the 36th minute. Aaron Ramsdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgün Hatip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gösta Lönn kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Lars Ek got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes Elmtaryd Agunnaryd got a freekick which was hit by Lars Ek. When Boris Marsac came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Galapagos Islands FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Marsac couldn't finish the play. Ðuza Glowacz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Galapagos Islands FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radomil Mroczynski was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Aleksander Winszman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Ðuza Glowacz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anthon Karlsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anthon Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ðuza Glowacz in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Özgün Hatip came free, but Aaron Ramsdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Galapagos Islands FC booed when Elmtaryd Agunnaryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Ðuza Glowacz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elmtaryd Agunnaryd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
