Ralles Bollklubb's Augustus Batalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Mroczynski in the 9th minute of play. Özgün Hatip could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Augustus Batalla made a huge save. After 11 minutes, Frankie Flambard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galapagos Islands FC and the Ralles Bollklubb players grew even worse after the yellow card. Frankie Flambard kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Özgün Hatip's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Augustus Batalla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 16 minutes into the game, Özgün Hatip lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Augustus Batalla. Sigvart Biegel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augustus Batalla having to make a save. Galapagos Islands FC's Anthon Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Colin in the 33rd minute of play. Augustus Batalla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özgün Hatip in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's Radomil Mroczynski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augustus Batalla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Özgün Hatip got free with Augustus Batalla in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Augustus Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Mroczynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augustus Batalla came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Galapagos Islands FC's Radomil Mroczynski. But to his dismay, Radomil Mroczynski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Galapagos Islands FC booed when Ralles Bollklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Örjan Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Markus Åström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augustus Batalla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Özgün Hatip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augustus Batalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leif Classon to strike the kick off in the second half. 62 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Hanmark came free, but Anthon Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Özgün Hatip who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ralles Bollklubb's Augustus Batalla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anthon Karlsson made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Leif Classon sent off a good shot on target. Niklas Möller made a great header on Galapagos Islands FC's corner, it was just that Ralles Bollklubb's Augustus Batalla managed to reach the ball for a save.
