Angel-Enrique Comizzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clas Nørstrup in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Zygmunt Wrzosek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel-Enrique Comizzo. Blue Angels's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zygmunt Wrzosek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 24th minute, Christoph Van den Berch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Söderhall's Åke Dahlkvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patrik Skark in the 30 minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Alf Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Stenqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Svante Stenqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Markus Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Stenqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Zygmunt Wrzosek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Markus Berg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Svante Stenqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clas Nørstrup in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Markus Berg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blue Angels fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
