It was Pelle Smedfeldt who took care of the corner kick. Pelle Smedfeldt made a great header on StraX Xenon FC's corner, it was just that Finninge Fotboll's Fredric Ahlén managed to reach the ball for a save. Mattias Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germán Kanø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germán Kanø in the 21st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Jakob Palmkvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fredric Ahlén quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Germán Kanø might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mattias Olofsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Germán Kanø ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Finninge Fotboll getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jeremey Pulix hit a great ball. Finninge Fotboll's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jonas Hellqvist 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Torbjörn Brummer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germán Kanø in the 40th minute of play. Jonas Hellqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Fredric Ahlén when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fredric Ahlén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Hellqvist in the 46th minute of the match. Hugo Gernberg hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute Jakob Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Ahlén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germán Kanø in the 55th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germán Kanø's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Mattias Olofsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fredric Ahlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Hellqvist in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Germán Kanø. In the 64th minute Germán Kanø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Jonas Hellqvist put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fredric Ahlén. After some careless play in the StraX Xenon FC defense, Germán Kanø kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattias Olofsson. The StraX Xenon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattias Olofsson should have stopped the shot. Germán Kanø's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Mattias Olofsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Torbjörn Brummer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Joacim Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. StraX Xenon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joacim Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Finninge Fotboll's Karl Biörnberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Otto Axelsson, made in the 88th minute of the game. Jakob Palmkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakob Palmkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, StraX Xenon FC's Jakob Palmkvist got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Karl Biörnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
