Skövde AIK's Olov Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Lauaxeta in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 minutes of play, Skövde AIK's Kevin Keegan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bianco Garvetti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chen Ao Fan scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bianco Garvetti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Tunge Titans's Ganix Urbakh got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Ganix Urbakh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 minutes, Chen Ao Fan made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tunge Titans's Bianco Garvetti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Godofredo Lauaxeta scored 1-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olov Wahlnäs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Knut Rudberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Bianco Garvetti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 minutes Tunge Titans's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chen Ao Fan who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Georg Norström managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Skövde AIK's Kevin Keegan got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute Chen Ao Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Garvetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kevin Keegan scored 1-4 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bianco Garvetti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Kevin Keegan took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Bianco Garvetti to make any attempt to save it. Tunge Titans made a substitution. Bengt Ekeberg replaced Lilian Thuram. In the 64th minute Chen Ao Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Garvetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tunge Titans's Bianco Garvetti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Tunge Titans from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Khamzat Chimaev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Wahlnäs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Skövde AIK booed when Tunge Titans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakim Cody didn't get a good kick on the ball. Skövde AIK made a substitution. Jerry Williams replaced Chen Ao Fan. A collision led to Tunge Titans getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hakim Cody hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Jerry Williams took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Bianco Garvetti to make any attempt to save it. Bianco Garvetti was a little too slow when Jerry Williams got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 1-7. Tunge Titans made a substitution. Jens-Åke Larsfelt replaced Godofredo Lauaxeta. Hjalmar Hägert hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Williams in the 87th minute of play forced Tunge Titans's goalkeeper Bianco Garvetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bianco Garvetti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerry Williams's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Tunge Titans's goalkeeper Bianco Garvetti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kevin Keegan. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Bianco Garvetti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 94 minutes Tunge Titans's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Keegan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Skövde AIK's Knut Rudberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Bianco Garvetti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Skövde AIK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tunge Titans.
