Hammarby Gård's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 慕容 复 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kenneth Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Lindholm in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Hammarby Gård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. The Hammarby Gård fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Hammarby Gård's Jarl Apelqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Patric Lenberg hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Michael Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenneth Valström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Apelqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samim Nevsal made a kick off. Sven-Oskar Dahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samim Nevsal in the 50th minute of play. A collision led to TSIGALKO getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Wilton Paraibano hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes Hammarby Gård got a freekick which was hit by Michael Lindholm. In the 57th minute 慕容 复 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Oskar Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 慕容 复 struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Sven-Oskar Dahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TSIGALKO. Joakim Termander was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in TSIGALKO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Jarl Apelqvist did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Kenneth Valström 77 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Sebastián Rambert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thor Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Valström having to interfere. In the 88th minute TSIGALKO were awarded a corner. 慕容 复 went to the cornerflag to take it. If Sebastián Rambert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Oskar Dahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Dahlquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hammarby Gård had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
