After 7 minutes of play, FC Pepsi's Joshua Sammut Castelletti made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Alves was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute Kanu Kanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Siggman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kanu Kanu fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pepsi's protests and gave Kanu Kanu a yellow card for diving instead. Kanu Kanu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, 陶翔竞 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paul Holmstedt. 陶翔竞 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Diego Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joshua Sammut Castelletti in the 26th minute of play. Paul Holmstedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herbert Mattsson in the 26th minute. Diego Alves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 47th match minute, FC Talanglös was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry van Loo to maneuver through the defense. When FC Pepsi's Joshua Sammut Castelletti in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joshua Sammut Castelletti to make the kick off. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 53rd minute, but Diego Alves got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving FC Talanglös hanging dry this time. FC Pepsi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hubert Ekerot in the 54th minute. FC Talanglös's Diego Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Sammut Castelletti in the 59th minute of play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Joshua Sammut Castelletti sped through FC Talanglös's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diego Alves. Joshua Sammut Castelletti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Diego Alves skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC Talanglös's Diego Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Talanglös from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd match minute, FC Pepsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Siggman to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Mattsson in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Pepsi's goalkeeper Paul Holmstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Talanglös's Diego Alves got control of the ball when Bruno Lucente tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joshua Sammut Castelletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Talanglös's Örjan Öman was substituted for 陶翔竞. Diego Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joshua Sammut Castelletti in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute FC Pepsi were awarded a corner. Hubert Ekerot went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Hubert Ekerot almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Talanglös's Diego Alves did a great save. With his leg Diego Alves managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when FC Pepsi's Joshua Sammut Castelletti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kanu Kanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Diego Alves could save by the left post. FC Pepsi's Paul Holmstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Öman in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Herbert Mattsson made a precise shot to the right of Paul Holmstedt. FC Pepsi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. When FC Talanglös's Örjan Öman in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Pepsi's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Pepsi players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
