Lennart Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Andersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Simon Andersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Nyström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Olivedals BK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Andersson in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lennart Nyström saved Olivedals BK from getting behind. 22 minutes into the game, Simon Andersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Lennart Nyström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lennart Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Andersson in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Olivedals BK defense, Simon Andersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lennart Nyström. The Olivedals BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lennart Nyström should have stopped the shot. In the 31st match minute, Syrianska FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Tana to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Östen Håning managed to get in a good position for a shot. Syrianska FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Östen Håning was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Nyström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Simon Andersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lennart Nyström. Olivedals BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Andersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. The supporters of Syrianska FC booed when Olivedals BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Bröms didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hong Jian Lang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Simon Andersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Nyström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 47 minutes into the match, Simon Andersson notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Olivedals BK's Lennart Nyström. Lennart Nyström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
