Evert Linberg made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Jorge Mendiko sent off a good shot on target. Evert Linberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute of the match, Jorge Mendiko got a very nice opportunity to score, but Evert Linberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lennart Johansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Berghmans in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas-Jan Thomas in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evert Linberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes in the game, Thomas-Jan Thomas dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Roy Pihl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lennart Johansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Pihl, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Rosado in the 17th minute of play forced Zlatan sucks's goalkeeper Evert Linberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Simão Rosado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Linberg. Zlatan sucks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simão Rosado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Thomas-Jan Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zlatan sucks's Evert Linberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Vinciguerra in the 26th minute of play. Zlatan sucks's Evert Linberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Zlatan sucks from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute, Ziggy Zaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Zlatan sucks's Evert Linberg got control of the ball when Thomas-Jan Thomas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The shot was a little too simple and Lennart Johansson could save by the left post. After having played for 77 minutes, Fritz Berghmans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zlatan sucks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fritz Berghmans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evert Linberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas-Jan Thomas in the 79th minute of the match. Evert Linberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas-Jan Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 82nd minute Thomas-Jan Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Linberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Lilla Jordberga BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After 94 minutes of play, Lilla Jordberga BK's Thomas-Jan Thomas made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evert Linberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lilla Jordberga BK fully deserved thier win.
