Ermengol Alberete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermengol Alberete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Chayo having to interfere. In the 11th minute Ermengol Alberete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermengol Alberete in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Chayo saved Vampiros Aztecas from getting behind. Sindo Porregimon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The corner ended in Hugo Hernandez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Socavon FC's Sindo Porregimon did a great save. Leif Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Socavon FC were awarded a corner. Fehmi Erdemer went to the cornerflag to take it. Maciek Cash kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolf Weyand got free with Sindo Porregimon in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ermengol Alberete's late challenge caught a Vampiros Aztecas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ermengol Alberete helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Ermengol Alberete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Socavon FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fehmi Erdemer hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Socavon FC's Fehmi Erdemer got a free kick in the 44th minute. Sindo Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Weyand in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Fehmi Erdemer was slow to take the kick. During this time Socavon FC's players had a chance to rest. Juan Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermengol Alberete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Socavon FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fehmi Erdemer in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 70th minute of play forced Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Socavon FC got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Kon. Socavon FC's Jacindo Oria was substituted for Thomás Pollack. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Intxixu Huarte in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Chayo was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Intxixu Huarte capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Intxixu Huarte really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Benjamin Wood replaced Elliott Granqvist. Juan Chayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Intxixu Huarte went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Socavon FC's Intxixu Huarte got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
