Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romão Mourato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Zorros del Desierto defense, Romão Mourato kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clark Kent. The Zorros del Desierto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clark Kent should have stopped the shot. Ricardo Ceberiche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Osasun in the 24th minute of play. Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Osasun in the 27th minute of play. Romão Mourato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clark Kent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romão Mourato in the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Romão Mourato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clark Kent. Zorros del Desierto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romão Mourato was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Zenaido Oviedo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zenaido Oviedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After the first half Roneros F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Vrânceanu was the one to do the kick off. After 58 minutes of play, Zorros del Desierto's Valentin Vrânceanu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Ceberiche was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zorros del Desierto made a substitution. Concetto Mare replaced Dalmacio Osasun. Clark Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romão Mourato in the 66th minute of play. Ricardo Ceberiche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Jian Chang, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Romão Mourato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roneros F.C. made a substitution. Patrick Viera replaced Romão Mourato. In the 73rd minute Patrick Viera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clark Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Vrânceanu in the 76th minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricardo Ceberiche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zorros del Desierto's Clark Kent tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Witomir Jestrimski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 94th minute of the match, Patrick Viera tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Clark Kent saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Witomir Jestrimski took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Clark Kent to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Roneros F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
