RamPa Football Club were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Club Deportivo Águila's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cyrille Desplanches took the corner. After taking down the ball on RamPa Football Club's corner Cyrille Desplanches fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustavo Guimarães quite easily take care of the ball. RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Del Cid in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Claudio Maties had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Guimarães. Club Deportivo Águila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Maties was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Gustavo Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramon Gomez got a throw-in 38 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Baltazar Del Cid. Paul Ramon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
