Raven Heart's Benvido Fuica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keno Cantona in the 18th minute of play. When Dionisio Chorche came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Barbudos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dionisio Chorche couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Omar Abadia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Blixt. In the 34th match minute, Raven Heart was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Comesaña to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raven Heart's goalkeeper Benvido Fuica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Pero Barrutia fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Raven Heart's protests and gave Pero Barrutia a yellow card for diving instead. Barbudos FC's Gareth Bala was substituted for Baltasar Ladio. After 39 played minutes Raven Heart got a freekick which was hit by Pero Barrutia. 40 minutes into the match, Isidro Oliviero notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Raven Heart's Benvido Fuica. Benvido Fuica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesse Vallin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Oliviero in the 54th minute of play forced Raven Heart's goalkeeper Benvido Fuica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesse Vallin in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Jesse Vallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benvido Fuica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Jesse Vallin took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Abadia. Omar Abadia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Isidro Oliviero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Benvido Fuica made a huge save. After some careless play in the Raven Heart defense, Isidro Oliviero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benvido Fuica. The Raven Heart fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benvido Fuica should have stopped the shot. Barbudos FC made a substitution. Franco Beccari replaced Isidro Oliviero. Raven Heart made a substitution. Bazil Corales replaced Natalio Marcones. Raven Heart made a substitution. Blai Tojedo replaced Pero Barrutia. Franco Beccari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Benvido Fuica made a huge save. After 89 minutes, Jesse Vallin made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Barbudos FC's Omar Abadia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
