Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eusebio Beltran got the match started through his kick off. Arne Teuben didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Beltran went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Akerman in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's Eusebio Beltran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arne Teuben narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute Águilas Poblanas were awarded a corner. Aldo Marquez went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Virgilio Txindoki to score against Arne Teuben in Obrero Barquisimeto's goal. 0-2 after 15 minutes. Eusebio Beltran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Teuben read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Vasaburu in the 21st minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Alexandros Ismael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Richie Vasaburu came free, but Alexandros Ismael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes, Misael Barranco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obrero Barquisimeto and the Águilas Poblanas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Misael Barranco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Águilas Poblanas's Aldo Marquez tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half Águilas Poblanas were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Águilas Poblanas made a substitution. Carlo Ciolli replaced Tao Cheng Han. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Akerman to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Akerman took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandros Ismael. Alexandros Ismael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Obrero Barquisimeto made a substitution. Alex Aliprando replaced Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin. Paulo Antoñana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandros Ismael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Obrero Barquisimeto got a corner. Águilas Poblanas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erwin-Alexander De La Rosa-Choca ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Obrero Barquisimeto's Noah Amadeo Lopez de Toro got a free kick in the 76th minute. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Aliprando in the 78th minute of play. Arne Teuben showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 89th minute Marcos Akerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Ismael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Teuben showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Richie Vasaburu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Alexandros Ismael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Obrero Barquisimeto supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Águilas Poblanas's performance. The match ended with a win for Águilas Poblanas.
