Atalan Cebeci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sacit Tezveren in the 27th minute of play forced Lokomotiv Bornova's goalkeeper Sezai Yura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lokomotiv Bornova's Sezai Yura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Lokomotiv Bornova from getting a goal against them. Lokomotiv Bornova's Sezai Yura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturay Zaim in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lokomotiv Bornova's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samuel Pereira was slow to take the kick. During this time RED KHAGAN's players had a chance to rest.
