A well-hit corner resulted in Baran Alp Barın heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 11 minutes into the match, Carl Rundell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erkut Hürsev. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Rundell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cumali Neşat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Leicea having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Rydberg in the 15th minute of play forced A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goalkeeper Erkut Hürsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind MarineerS MzC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Leicea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Olgierd Glapiak in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's Zafer Musa. 20 minutes into the game, Carl Rundell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MarineerS MzC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK the free kick. The supporters of A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK booed when MarineerS MzC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Rundell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erkut Hürsev came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by MarineerS MzC's Diego Armando Santirso. But to his dismay, Diego Armando Santirso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of MarineerS MzC booed when A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stasys Priekulis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nereo Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 37 played minutes MarineerS MzC got a freekick which was hit by Derviş Akçınar. Cumali Neşats short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Arnoldo Leicea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's Ergincan Özdal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Derviş Akçınar in the 40 minute of the game. Erkut Hürsev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Armando Santirso went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cumali Neşat to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Cumali Neşat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Leicea. MarineerS MzC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cumali Neşat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Cumali Neşat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Leicea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Diego Armando Santirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkut Hürsev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Diego Armando Santirso fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MarineerS MzC's protests and gave Diego Armando Santirso a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, MarineerS MzC's Diego Armando Santirso got a free kick in the 61st minute. Diego Armando Santirso in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erkut Hürsev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cumali Neşat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MarineerS MzC's Dinç Tuncay was substituted for Volkan İçten. MarineerS MzC made a substitution. Serafino Modestio replaced Nereo Inge. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after MarineerS MzC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zafer Musa took the corner. After taking down the ball on A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's corner Çakabey Temizer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnoldo Leicea quite easily take care of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goalkeeper Erkut Hürsev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Armando Santirso. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zafer Musa in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Zafer Musa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Leicea was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's Erkut Hürsev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinç Tuncay in the 96th minute of play. The MarineerS MzC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MarineerS MzC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
