The supporters of Sorci Viola booed when Herberia Herons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Tocchetto didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amerigo Rullo got free with Armando Bonelli in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Mian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Loreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Cesare Loreto made a precise shot to the right of Diego Mian. Herberia Herons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Marchesani during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Herberia Herons getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Armando Marchesani hit a great ball. Diego Mian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Scatena in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Flavio Scatena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sorci Viola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Cesare Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Sorci Viola's Flavio Scatena in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Armando Bonelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amerigo Rullo in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Herberia Herons's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare Loreto came free, but Diego Mian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Sorci Viola were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aldo Tocchetto to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Aldo Tocchetto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herberia Herons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sorci Viola the free kick. Aldo Tocchetto kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Diego Mian successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Herberia Herons made a substitution. Armando Bonelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Rullo in the 88th minute of the match. Flavio Scatena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Diego Mian made a huge save.
